Stefanie Crain serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Utilization Review at Synergy Bill Pro, LLC, a behavioral health revenue cycle management company. With over 16 years of industry experience, she brings extensive expertise in credentialing and contracting, single case agreements, utilization review, and clinical training on payer medical necessity criteria.

Stefanie holds a degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in servant leadership, a philosophy that informs her strategic approach to leadership, team development, and client partnerships. She is deeply committed to helping providers navigate complex payer environments while reducing administrative burden, enabling organizations to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

In her leadership role, Stefanie oversees operational strategy, training, and onboarding initiatives, driving organizational efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Stefanie values time with her husband and two children and remains actively engaged in her church community. She also enjoys gardening and raising chickens, reflecting her appreciation for a balanced and grounded lifestyle.

Bernadette is a Utilization Review Manager for Synergy Bill Pro- a Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Management company, where she supports clinical operations and ensures quality, patient-centered care across all levels of service. She also holds a Registered Medical Assistant / Orthopedic Technician certification with the NCCT.

With a strong background in both clinical coordination and hands-on patient care, Bernadette brings a well-rounded perspective to healthcare delivery. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational strength, and ability to support providers while maintaining efficiency in fast-paced environments. Her 15+ years of experience in utilization review and private practice allow her to contribute to appropriate care planning, authorization processes, and overall continuity of care.

Bernadette has a strong work ethic, a positive outlook, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with both professionalism and humor.
In addition to her professional work, Bernadette is a dedicated homeschooling mother who applies the same structure, discipline, and passion for learning to her child’s education. She is deeply committed to creating a balanced life centered on growth, family, and purpose.
